And the parental units are in for a shock when she start exerting her independence. As in "No! I can do it myself!" Hee hee. They don't have a clue yet at how tyrannical a toddler can be.
A couple of other birthdays that are important in the family and, especially to the birthday-ee are May 14 and May 16. My favorite son-in-law, Gregg, will be cough, cough, mumble on May 14. I hope he gets to come to the family do in Mountville. He may be travelling for his new company. He is a party animal and can give the best parties I've ever been to. So can his sister, Teri. If you don't get here, Gregg, Happy Birthday. I love you!

And, last but not least, Austin Garland will have a big 4th birthday on May 16. He won't be having a family whoop-ti-doo this year. He's old enough to have a few friends over. Much more fun when you're all the same age. I can't believe he'll be 4 and has a little brother now. Time is fleeing.
